Reserving leads for today (My List)

Requires the Work own list permission.

My List is the set of leads you have claimed for today. It exists to stop two people knocking the same door on the same day.

Reserving

Select leads on the Properties list and reserve them. They appear on My List and pick up a Reserved badge with your name on the shared list, where everyone can still see them.

You cannot select a lead someone else reserved today, and nobody can take one of yours from the list.

Removing

Remove a single lead from My List with the control on its row, or use Clear list to release all of them at once.

Reservations expire overnight

A reservation lasts for the rest of the company day. At midnight in your company's time zone, every reservation from the previous day stops counting and those leads become selectable again.

Nothing runs to clean them up and nothing needs to. If your list looks empty in the morning, that is why.

Daily reserve limit

Your company can set a cap on how many leads one rep may hold at once, under Settings, General. If it is set and your selection would put you over it, nothing is reserved at all. The whole batch is rejected rather than partly applied, so you never end up with a random subset of what you picked.

Leads you already reserved today do not count again, so re-reserving something you already hold is free. If an admin lowers the limit below what you are already holding, nothing is taken away from you. You just cannot add more until tomorrow.

An admin adding leads to your list on your behalf goes through the same cap. There is no way around it from either side.

Who else can change your list

Someone with Manage team lists can add leads to your list, remove them, or clear it. Everything else about My List is yours.
