Finding leads on the Properties list

The Properties list shows every lead in your account. Everyone signed in can see all of them. Nothing is hidden from you because someone else is working it.

Search

The search box matches street, city, zip, a contact's name, or a phone number. Phone numbers match however you type them, with or without dashes, spaces or a leading 1.

Search runs against the whole account, not just the page you are looking at.

Sort

Four sort orders are available:

• Newest leads puts the most recently added leads first. This is the default.

• Last knocked (oldest first) puts the doors nobody has been to in the longest at the top, and leads nobody has ever knocked above those. This is the one to use when you are picking a day's work.

• Sheriff date (soonest) puts the most urgent sale dates first.

• New cases (newest first) orders by when the case was filed rather than when the lead was added.

Only knocks count toward "last knocked". Logging a phone call does not make a door look visited.

Badges

Each lead can carry one badge, and the most important one wins:

1. Do Not Knock on a lead whose status is marked that way

2. Reserved followed by the name of the rep holding it today

3. Knocked today

4. Vacant

A lead reserved by someone else stays visible to you. You just cannot select it.

Page size

25 leads per page by default. You can switch to 10, 50 or 100 at the bottom of the filter drawer. Your choice is carried in the page address, so it survives paging and is included when you save a view.
