Directions and the default destination
Sending navigation to a contact's address instead of the property.

Directions opens the address in your phone's maps app.
When it asks first
If nobody linked to the property has an address on file, Directions is a single tap and goes to the property.
If a linked person does have an address, Directions opens a picker listing the property and each person's address, so you can choose. This matters on probate and estate leads, where the person you need to speak to often does not live at the property.
Setting a default
In the picker, Set default pins one address as this property's destination. From then on, Directions goes straight there without asking, and the route sends you there too.
The same control appears on each person's card under the People tab.
Use property address instead clears the choice.
What the default affects
One choice drives all three: the Directions button, the stop order when a route is built, and the pins on the route map. They cannot disagree with each other.
When it falls back
The default is only honored while that person is still linked to the property and still has an address. Unlink them or clear their address and navigation quietly goes back to the property. Nothing breaks and nothing needs cleaning up.
Note on route order
A route is optimized around wherever each stop actually points. Changing a property's default destination after building a route does not reorder the route you already have. Rebuild it if the change is significant.
