Saving a filter as a view

Any combination of filters and sort can be saved and reused.

Saving

Set the filters you want, then save the view and give it a name. The saved view stores everything currently set, including sort order and page size.

Saved views appear above the list. Selecting one applies its filters.

Private and shared views

A view you save is yours alone by default.

Publishing a view to the whole team requires the Share saved views permission. Deleting a view that is already published requires it too. Without that permission you can still create, use and delete your own private views.

What a view does not do

A view stores a filter, not a set of leads. Opening a saved view tomorrow runs the same filter again and can return different leads. That is usually what you want: a view like "never knocked, sheriff date this month" should pick up new leads as they arrive.
