Sharing a property

Share on the property page composes a message about the lead and hands it to your phone's share sheet, so it can go out over text, email or anything else installed.

Choosing what to include

Three groups, each with a count:

• People, with a checkbox per person and per phone number

• Activity, the logged knocks and calls

• Notes

The address and a link back to the lead are always included. Everything else is opt in. Tap a group to expand it and pick individual items.

Groups with nothing in them are shown but cannot be ticked.

Picking a phone number promotes it

Selecting a number other than the current primary makes it the primary from then on. This is not a side effect to work around. The number you are passing to someone else is the number worth having at the top.

The change saves as you share. Dismissing the share sheet without sending does not undo it.

The link

The link points at the lead inside the app. Anyone who opens it still has to be signed in to your account to see anything, so sharing does not expose the lead to whoever receives the message.
