"Already knocked" and the 10 minute cooldown

If someone logged a knock on a property within the last 10 minutes, a second knock on that property is refused. The message names who logged it and how long is left.

Why it exists

Two reps arriving at the same door minutes apart is a real thing that happens, and without this the lead would show two knocks that were really one visit. That inflates knock counts, distorts the leaderboard, and makes the activity history lie about what happened.

What it applies to

Knocks only, in both directions:

• A phone call never blocks a knock.

• A knock never blocks a phone call.

• Calls do not block each other at all.

There is no way around it

The cooldown applies to everyone. There is no permission that lifts it and no admin bypass. An admin at a door a rep just knocked is exactly the collision the rule exists for.

If the knock was genuinely yours and you are correcting a mistake, edit the existing event instead of logging a second one.

If you actually knocked

Wait out the remaining minutes and log it. The event is worth having recorded late rather than not at all.
