Filtering the Properties list
Every filter in the drawer, and what each one actually matches.

Open Filters from the top of the Properties list. Filters combine: a lead has to match all of the groups you set, not just one.
Quick chips
Lead status, case type and lead source, and county each show as a row of chips. On a phone the row collapses to one line with a toggle for the rest, so the drawer stays short.
Location
City and State are free text.
County chips are ranked rather than alphabetical. Counties you already have leads in come first, busiest first, then counties in your company's primary state, then everything else. Use Search all counties to reach any county in the country.
County labels only name a state when the county name is ambiguous nationally. You will see "Bergen, NJ" because several states have a Bergen, and a bare "Washington" because thirty states do.
Case type and lead source
These two sit in one group and are matched as "any of these". A lead matches if its case type is ticked or its lead source is ticked. Only lead sources an admin marked as filterable appear here.
Lead status
A separate group, matched separately. Setting both a lead source and a lead status narrows to leads that match both.
Knock filters
Knock status offers Never knocked, Not knocked today, Not knocked in last N days, and a custom last-knocked date range.
Knock outcome matches the outcome of a knock on the lead.
Knocked by narrows to a single rep.
All three look at knocks only. Phone calls are ignored.
Dates
Four independent date ranges: sheriff date, filed date, created date and updated date.
Switches
Hide Do-Not-Knock is on by default. Leads whose status is marked Do Not Knock are hidden until you turn it off. This reads the status's flag rather than its name, so renaming the status does not change what is hidden.
Exclude reserved properties is off by default. Reserved leads are shown with a badge instead of hidden. Turn this on when you only want leads nobody has claimed today.
Vacancy filters to vacant only or not vacant.
Clearing filters
Filters persist in the page address. Use the clear control in the drawer to drop all of them at once.
