Team activity history

Requires the View team activity permission.

All Activity is the same log as your own history, across every rep in the account.

Filters

Everything on your own history, plus Logged by to narrow to a single rep.

Type, outcome and date range work the same way. Knocks and calls are both included unless you filter by type.

What it is for

Two questions this answers that the Properties list cannot:

• What did a particular rep actually do on a given day

• What happened on a lead across every rep who touched it

Editing from here

Rows link through to the lead. Changing or removing an event that is not yours, or is past its 10 minute window, requires the Edit team records permission. Without it this is a read-only view, which is the intended shape for a supervisor who should see the work without rewriting it.
