The property page

The property page is the full record of one lead. The route uses the same card, so anything described here is also available at a stop.

Header

The address, a street view photo where imagery exists, and the current lead status.

Actions in the header:

• Directions opens navigation. If a linked person has an address on file, it opens a picker first.

• Log event records a knock or a call.

• Share opens the share composer.

• Edit opens the lead for editing, and requires the Manage leads permission.

• Zillow opens the address on Zillow in a new tab.

On a phone these sit in the action bar at the bottom of the screen, within thumb reach. On a laptop they sit next to the address.

Tabs

• Overview is the summary: address, status, source, custom fields, and the current case at a glance.

• People lists everyone linked to the property with their role and phone numbers.

• Cases holds the distress cases, current and past.

• Knocks is the activity timeline for this lead, knocks and calls together, newest first.

• Notes holds free text notes anyone has added.
