The leaderboard
How rank is calculated and what counts toward it.

Requires the View leaderboard permission, which every built-in role has. Your company can turn it off for a role if they would rather not show team-wide scores.
What it ranks
Conversions, not total knocks. Volume alone does not move you up.
Each rep's row shows their conversions in the period and their conversion rate, so a rep with fewer knocks and better conversations is visible rather than buried.
Period
Switch the window at the top. It covers whole days in your company's time zone.
Knocks only
Only knocks count. Logging phone calls does not affect anyone's total, their conversion rate or their rank.
This is deliberate. The leaderboard measures door work, and a metric you can move by logging calls from a car would not be worth having.
Deactivated users
A rep who has been deactivated still appears if they knocked during the period. Their work happened and removing it would shift everyone else's rank for a reason that has nothing to do with the period being measured.
