All Lists

Every active user with the number of leads they have reserved today, busiest first. Opening a rep shows their list, the same view they see as My List.

All Routes

The same idea for routes. Each rep's planned route for today, in driving order.

Both pages are about today. Reservations and routes expire at midnight in your company's time zone, so these are a picture of the current day and nothing older.

Building a list for a rep

Requires the Manage team lists permission, in addition to the above.

From a rep's list you can:

• Add leads, which opens the Properties list in a mode that reserves what you select onto that rep's list instead of your own. A banner across the top names whose list you are adding to.

• Remove a single lead

• Clear the whole list

The daily limit applies to you too

Assigning on behalf of a rep goes through the same daily reserve limit their own reserving does. If your selection would put them over, nothing is reserved and you are told. There is no admin path around a rep's cap, deliberately.

What this is not

There is no long-term lead assignment in this app. A reservation is about today and nothing else. Reps normally pick their own work, and this exists for the cases where someone builds a day for a new rep or covers for somebody out sick.
